The CFO Incubator’s first mentoring session was a highly insightful and engaging discussion with Lorna Raine, CFO for GWF Ltd, on “The role of Finance in Business”.
She covered the learning curves around developing a business focused approached, gaining trust, the balance between IQ and EQ, and the importance of building the right team around you to achieve.
The topic was presented in a “real” and honest style, putting a human face to the perception some will have of CFOs.
