Ian Bucknell presented his fantastic career journey and the benefits of taking calculated career risks to our CFO Incubator group.
Having backed himself to go on a growth journey with Drill Search, he shared his experiences on working with the board in a rapidly changing business, the importance of bringing in support and intelligence to make decisions and selecting trusted advisors.
He also provided advice to the group on being adaptable, avoiding “self-importance” and taking career risks with a focus on the bigger picture to help step up in your career.
