Today we held our second CFO Incubator breakfast with Trent Jerome, CFO and Andrew Harrison, Non-Executive Director of ingogo Ltd.
They provided the group insights into career planning and the decision-making process that contributed the most to their career progression to the CFO chair and beyond. They also explored different company environments and leadership styles, including entrepreneurial leadership, that they had experience in their careers. While also providing clarification into the intricate relationship between the CFO and the Board.
