Our second session of our [F2L] program was with Leanne Hui, a senior finance leader in the property industry, currently working at Scentre group.
Leanne’s career started at EY in Assurance and Transaction Services before she took an opportunity to work with Stockland, leading the Group Planning team. Her strong commercial acumen and business partnering gave her the opportunity to work in the residential development business on a national level. Leanne currently leads a team of 20 Finance professionals at Scentre group to deliver commercial finance support across 34 retails assets worth over $30bn.
Having progressed to managing large teams early in her career, Leanne has a passion for developing and leading teams which showed throughout her presentation. She was open, engaging and allowed for an open discussion with the group giving insights into topics including managing difficult stakeholders, how to work with high performers and how to manage peers. Leanne provided all our participants key takeaways relevant towards making the next step in their career.
