We’re closing out the first quarter of 2025 (where did that go?!), with big shifts across senior leadership, sales, marketing, and category roles. The job market remains active, and we expect to see more movement in the months ahead.

Senior Appointments
- Drew Fairnham has taken on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at My Muscle Chef. He held the same role previously at Suntory Oceania.
- Vivian Zurlo steps into the role of General Manager Marketing at Jaybro, having previously been Marketing Director at Zip Water.
- Matt Kelly joins Haleon as Sales Director, having previously held the role of Commercial Director at Diageo.
- Kylie Wrightson moves into a General Manager position at Kelato Animal Health, following her role as Sales Director at Hilton Foods.
- Michelle Thomas makes the move to Kerry as General Manager ANZ after heading up Portfolio at Goodman Fielder.
- Tom Donovan takes on the role of Head of Sales & Category at Nudie, coming from Yes You Can Drinks, where he was Commercial Director.
- Anna Lam has been appointed Executive Director, APAC Marketing at Sazerac, making the transition from Procter & Gamble, where she was Senior Brand Director ANZ.
Sales Appointments
- Steve Mallin has transitioned to Kenvue as Director of Pharmacy, departing Reckitt – Health, where he led Pharmacy.
- Matt Bowdidge joins Good Drinks Australia as National Account Executive, making the move from Lion, where he was Key Account Manager.
- Tim Foster has stepped into a Head of Pharmacy role at Opela, having previously led Supermarkets at Reckitt – Health.
- Matt Davies moves across to Suntory Oceania as National Account Manager – On Premise, after working in a similar role at Pernod.
- Patrick Pokorny has been appointed National Account Manager – Major Grocery at My Muscle Chef, transitioning from Ferrero, where he managed Independents.
- Nick Laycock has joined Suntory Oceania as National Account Manager after working as a Sourcing Manager at Coles Liquor.
- John McFadden has taken up a new challenge as National Sales & Marketing Manager at EcoFry, leaving his role as Managing Director at Squizify.
Marketing Appointments
- Paul Byrne moves to Auto One as Senior Marketing Manager after heading up Marketing at Amber Tiles.
- Katie Tran remains in the Brand Manager space, now taking on the role at Cranky Health after her time at Baiada Poultry.
- Lucy Todd moves into a Shopper Marketing Executive role at Lion, previously working as a Strategic Category Analyst at Mars.
- Stacey Morley takes on the Senior Manager Corporate Communications role at Entireti, leaving AMP, where she was Senior Communications Manager.
- Samantha Blachon has been appointed Senior Business Manager at Sazerac, after holding a Senior Brand Manager role at William Grant & Sons.
- Laura Ritchie has joined Moveable Ink as Customer Experience Manager, coming from Parramatta NRL Club, where she was CRM Specialist.
- Sarah McNeill moves to De’Longhi Group as Brand Manager, having previously been Brand & Campaign Manager at Bluestone Homeloans.
- Julia Stratton takes on a Client Director position at Wavemaker ANZ, after working as Senior Marketing Advisor at RSM Australia.
Category & Strategy Appointments
- Nicole Wunder has joined Amazon as Senior Category Manager – Sport Fashion, transitioning from Ingham’s, where she was National Business Manager.
- Adrian Arndt steps into the role of Commercial Strategy Lead at Diageo, coming from Haleon, where he led Net Revenue Management & Business Planning.
- Rick Deighton has moved to Danone as Category & Channel Development Manager – Grocery, following his time as a National Account Manager at Galderma.
- Yue Xin has been appointed Category Development Manager at Monde Nissin, joining from Kraft Heinz, where she worked as a Category Development Analyst.
