About Carmen

After graduating with an Honours degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Edinburgh, I started my career as an Accounts Payable Specialist, before moving into Business Analyst roles. I have worked across multiple industries, from transportation and professional sports to recruitment, and I am passionate about transformation and optimising efficiency.

Originally from Scotland, I moved to Sydney 3 years ago for some sunshine and the amazing lifestyle!

I enjoy the role of a Business Analyst because it allows me to solve complex problems, streamline processes, and make data-driven decisions that drive business success. I thrive on the challenge of understanding new systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions. The dynamic nature of the job keeps me engaged, as each project offers new opportunities to learn and grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking long walks with my dog, and travelling to new destinations. I’m also a thrill-seeker, and am always on the lookout for my next adrenaline rush!
